MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINTOR
As a new Staff Development Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a dynamic role that involves designing and implementing training programs for our staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing training needs, coordinating educational sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
This position offers a stable schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed. You will have the opportunity to work closely with team members to support their professional growth and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety within the organization.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
To excel as a Staff Development Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential. A Registered Nurse (RN) License is required for this role to ensure a deep understanding of healthcare practices and regulations. Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems and other educational tools is advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of empathy and professionalism when engaging with staff members at all levels.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to staff development are key traits for success in this position.
