Responsibilities:
Providing therapies as needed Clinical assessments /treatment planning Case Management, discharge summaries, coordinate with referral services/external providers Attend weekly supervision with supervisor Monitor caseload ensuring compliance with client chart Conduct in person and telehealth session with clients Abide with all professional code of ethics and HIPAA Document progress notes, and bill out for each session and document all other required notes in the system.
Manage schedule in the EHR system Requirements:
Licensed in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapist, licenses include LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW Master Degree in social work (MSW) or other related field.
We can assist with clinical hours towards licensure.
Both full and part-time positions available, positions are fee for service.
