Summary:
The Administrative Assistant maintains the company office by organizing materials, purchasing supplies, filing, answering phone calls, receiving faxes and receiving and responding to emails.
The Administrative Assistant is directly supervised by the Program Director.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have superior organizational skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.
Candidates will display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Functions Specific areas of supervision and support provided to the Administrative Assistant:
Ongoing supervision and oversight.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Assistance with administrative case management.
Specific Job duties required of the Administrative Assistant are as follows:
The Administrative Assistant will maintain a neat and organized office space.
The Administrative Assistant will inventory and store all materials, equipment, staff snacks/drinks in the proper location.
The Administrative Assistant will assess inventory on a weekly basis and place orders for needed items.
The Administrative Assistant will follow a monthly/annual budget.
The Administrative Assistantr will coordinate the delivery of office items and schedule all off-site meetings.
Additional Duties The Administrative Assistant will attend all staff meetings.
The Administrative Assistant will participate in online and in person trainings as directed by the Clinical Director.
The Administrative Assistant will maintain professionalism in all areas of presentation both in person and in written work/correspondence with team members/administrators.
The Administrative Assistant will assist the Clinical Director or other member of the Administrative Leadership Team (ALT) in matters related to billing, contracting, and timesheet management when necessary.
The Office Manager will document work hours on a weekly basis.
