This Front Desk candidate must be reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
This candidate should be able to problem solve and take initiative as necessary.
Front desk duties include greeting patients with a friendly smile, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying demographics, asking for and collecting patient's payments, checking patient's insurance eligibility, and processing referrals to specialists.
