1 COMPENSATION AND
Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary that does not fluctuate based on the number of visits you see.
No confusing 80/20 or 75/25 split - your base salary is YOUR base salary! In addition, we offer generous director bonuses that are paid out quarterly and annually as well as equity options.
Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k (with annual company match) all start within your first 30 days of employment.
You can earn up to 160 hours (or 4 weeks) of PTO, plus 6 holidays.
PTO hours do increase with years of service.
